At Cottage on the Creek Antiques & Collectibles, we take great care in accurately photographing and describing each unique vintage and antique item. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final.

Because our items are vintage, antique, collectible, and often irreplaceable, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to changes of mind, incorrect measurements, color expectations, or personal preference.

Vintage Item Condition

Please review all photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Vintage and antique items may show signs of age, including but not limited to:

Normal wear consistent with age
Minor imperfections
Patina
Small variations in color or finish
Signs of previous use

These characteristics are part of the charm and history of vintage pieces and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and package each item before shipment. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Photos of the damaged item

We will review the information and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect or Misrepresented Items

If you receive an item that is significantly different from the description or the wrong item was shipped, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
