At Cottage on the Creek Antiques & Collectibles, we take great care in packaging each vintage and antique treasure to help ensure it arrives safely at its new home.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Please note that some items may require additional time due to their unique size, fragility, or special packaging needs.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and other available shipping providers. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Packaging Vintage & Antique Items

Each item is carefully packaged with appropriate protective materials based on the item’s size, shape, and fragility. Because many of our pieces are vintage, antique, or collectible, special care is taken to preserve their condition during transit.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the item’s size, weight, destination, and required packaging materials. Due to the unique nature of antique and vintage items, shipping costs may vary between products.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and photograph items before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged packaging
Photos of the damaged item
Your order number

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Vintage Item Condition

Please remember that antique and vintage items are not new and may show signs of age, wear, patina, or minor imperfections consistent with their history. All photos and descriptions are considered part of the item’s condition and should be reviewed carefully before purchasing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee delivery dates or replace packages lost after shipment.
